Patterned uniformly orientated silicon nanocrystallite films and efficient field emission characteristics

Patterned uniformly (100)-orientated silicon nanocrystallite (SiNC) films were fabricated based on hydrogen ion implantation technique and typical electrochemical anodic etching method. The surface morphology and microstructure characteristics of the films were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, and atomic force microscopy. The efficient field emission with low turn-on field of about 3.2 V/μm at current density of 0.1 μA/cm² was obtained. The emission current density from the SiNC films reached 1 mA/cm² under a bias field of about 11 V/μm. The experimental results demonstrate that the SiNC films have great potential applications for flat panel displays.     

Polaron effects on third-harmonic generation in cylindrical quantum-well wires

Polaron effects on third-harmonic generation (THG) in cylindrical quantum wires with a finite confining potential are investigated. The THG coefficient is obtained by using the compact-density-matrix approach and an iterative method, and the numerical results are presented for GaAs/AlAs cylindrical quantum wires. The results show that the THG coefficient is greatly enhanced and the peak shift to the aspect of high energy when considering the influence of electron-phonon interaction.

设R=Z/2\+kZ(k>1)是\{2\}[TX-]为非单位的有限局部环. 该文首先确定了R上斜对称矩阵标准形. 设G\+m\-p(R,H)={P∈GL\-m(R)|PHP′=H}是由矩阵H确定的伪辛群,其中H=[JB((][HL(2]0[]I\+\{(v)\}\=-I\+\{(v)\}[]0[HL)][JB))]Δ，Δ=[JB((][HL(2]\{2\}[TX-]\+\{k-1\}[]\{1\}[TX-]\=-\{1\}[TX-][]0[HL)][JB))]. 其次,计算了伪辛群G\+m\-P(R,H)的阶|G\+m\-P(R,H)|.     

具有位相型修理的离散时间可修排队系统

本文研究了具有一般独立输入，位相型修理的离散时间可修排队系统，假定服务台对顾客的服务时间和服务台寿命服从几何分布，运用矩阵解析方法我们给出系统嵌入在到达时刻的稳态队长分布和等待时间分布，并证明这些分布均为离散位相型分布．我们也得到在广义服务时间内服务台发生故障次数的分布，证明它服从一个修正的几何分布．我们对离散时间可修排队与连续时间可修排队进行了比较，说明这两种排队系统在一些性能指标方面的区别之处．最后我们通过一些数值例子说明在这类系统中顾客的到达过程、服务时间和服务台的故障率之间的关系．     

123 Phases in CeLa2Cu2MgO8 samples

A tetragonal 123 phase with the composition close to CeLa₂ { Cu ₂ ²⁺ } [Mg²⁺]O₈ (the braces indicate the Cu(2) positions; the brackets indicate the Cu(1) positions) with the parameters a = b = 0.3909(3) nm, c = 1.6591(8) nm was prepared at 860°C under an oxygen atmosphere with an elevated oxygen pressure. When the lanthanum-for-barium substitution was incomplete, the resulting 123 phase had the composition close to CeLa_1.7Ba_0.3{ Cu _1.7 ²⁺ } [Mg]O₈ with the unit cell parameters a = b = 0.3868(3) nm, c = 1.6578(8) nm that contains Cu³⁺ in the Cu(2) positions. The partial substitution of barium for lanthanum (the melting point of barium oxide is almost 500°C lower that of the lanthanum oxide) appreciably facilitated the synthesis: the 123 phase in this sample was more than 90%. The existence of Cu³⁺ in the Cu(2) positions enhanced the electrical conductivity of the sample.     

半线性椭圆方程正解的存在性及熄灭现象

本文在环形域上证明了带有奇异性的半线性椭圆方程边值问题(1)、(2·)在C~2(Ω)∩C~0(Ω)中正解的存在性,且这个解是径向对称的,解关于R_0(R_1)的连续单调性.还给出了解有熄灭现象的充分必要条件.

本文系统地概述了我们近年来提出的动态模糊随机信息处理的数学方法,内容包括模糊随机变量、模糊随机过程和模糊随机微分方程的基本解法等方面的基本概念、基本定义和某些重要的定理,以及动态系统的模糊随机响应与可靠性分析的方法等。这些方法是为我们研究工程实际问题的需要逐步发展起来的,对于处理某些类型的问题简便实用。     

Periodic solutions of second-order quasilinear hyperbolic equations
